Store pick-up orders that are completely fulfilled (all items are ready for pick-up) will be available for 7 days. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and identification when you collect your store pick-up order. If it needs to be transferred between our store and shipping facility, it may incur a short delay. We will contact you when your item is ready. Items shipped from supplier inventory could take up to 10 days to arrive and may be shipped direct to the customer's residence depending on wait times (with the exception of bikes). In-stock orders will be fulfilled within 1 business day.
Please note: Trainer bikes are shipped and delivered on a pallet. In stock bikes are fulfilled within 3 business days. Please note: Multiple items in each category incur a charge per item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
